Q: What if we need to cancel? Only pay deposit, NO REFUNDS!

If you cancel your order at least 15 days prior to your rental date no more is due, but If you cancel 14 days prior to your rental date your balance in full is due. All deposits & or payments made towards your rental will be lost. Resheduling must be done 15 days prior to your event and limited to availability. Cancelling the day of your party due to weather, this only applies to jumping castles, must be done 6 hours before your start time. A rain check will be offered, which must be used within 2 months. Cancellations due to weather made 5 hours prior or sooner to you parties start time, will be charged the entire balance. No refunds, no rainchecks.

Once equipment is setup & the weather turns bad, there are no refunds or rainchecks. We can't control the weather so we are not responsible for it.

All equipment other than inflatable rentals or rented with inflatables RULES FOR RENTALS:

Q:I am renting something other than a jumping castle, applies to all other equipment that isn't an inflatable or wasn't rented with an inflatable.

     A: Rent equipment 1 day before party date until the day after. It's a 3 day rental, no extra is charged. Example: Party or wedding (whatever the ocassion) is on a Saturday. Schedule your rental from Friday until Sunday. This especially includes items you want delivered. We would deliver on Friday and pickup on Sunday. We do not deliver equipment other than jumps and inflatables on Saturday or Sundays. We DO pickup on Sundays. THIS ENDS THESE RULES FOR OTHER THAN JUMPS.

Q:Is is safe to use my credit card for payment.

 A:Yes, We use Authorize.net and they are one of the safest online processing companies in the business. Your Credit card information isn't stored or accessible in anyway after its been processed by anyone, even High Jump.

Q: Does the price include set up and delivery? Prices are for a 4 hour rate, but more time & all night is available.

A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. WE DO deliver jumps & all inflatables 7 days a week. Remember prices do not include sales tax or travle fee.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high.  Please call our office for a current quote.

Q: Does the standard 4 hour rental time include your set up time?

A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No. The jump should be clean when you get it. [High Jump] cleans after every rental.

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: We love setting up at parks but you must either rent a generator from us or provide your own.(3500 Watt)  We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, park ramadas must be reserved with the city first, where they issue you a structure permit for your jump. (458-7922 Sierra Vista community center ).

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes all orders require a min $20 Credit Card deposit. Deposits are lost if you cancel. If you cancel your order at least 15 days prior to your rental date no more is due, but If you cancel between 1-14 days prior to your rental your balance in full is due.

Q: How big are the jumps?

A: Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 14x14 which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump.  The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup. If we show up & you dont have enough room, you are still charged for the unit.

Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?

A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 750 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, gravel and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any large rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. We do need to know ahead of time what the surface area is so we are prepared to set up on it.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Q: How long do I get to keep my equipment?

A: Any items rented with a jump or other inflatable are for the time period you picked, all other rentals including tables, chairs, tents, & misc are not rented by the hour. You can pickup your items the day before your event, use them the next day of your event, & return them the day after your event.  This must be sheduled and approved with High Jump

 Q: How do I shedule and when do you pickup all night rentals?

A: You should shedule all night rentals until 8:00 a.m. to avoid another day's rental charge. This doesn't mean will we will be there at exactly 8:00 a.m. to pick up the units. It depends on which ones are rented again. We will call when we are on our way to pickup, but it can be as late as 1:00p.m. Please notify your driver if you need a specific pick up time & feel free to ask them to be there at a specific time.

Q: Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it & what if we wet the units?

A: Yes. All equipment should be wiped down, free from all debris and sticky substances. We should only have to vacuum out the inflatables in about 10 minutes and be on our way. All equipment must be dry when we pick it up. If you needed to wet it because it got hot, that's ok, just please stop wetting it about 1 hour before your pickup time so it has time to dry. We do charge a $50 drying fee if the unit is wet when we show up to pick it up. Rain doesn't count.
