Prices are subject to change and depend on each event. Tent price's include setup and are setup on Friday for Saturday events and taken down on Sunday. Most equipment can be delivered if arrangements are made with enough notice. Delivery Fee May Apply. You can pick up the equipment on Friday and return on Sunday.
No Horse Trailers for equipment pickups!

Cancellation Policy
1 week cancellation for jumps &
2 weeks for all other equipment is required or payment in full is still due & your credit card will be charged for the total amount due!
($25 or 25% cancellation fee / whichever is greater) 2 weeks prior to your parties date or balance in full is due!
25% - 50% deposit required for orders over $100.
Deposits are lost if you cancel. Thank you.
